Problem-based learning (PBL) was introduced on the dual awards programme in International Business Economics in English at the Faculty of International Management and Business (FIMB), Budapest Business School in 2002. The dual awards programme at FIMB has been running with success since 1992 with the core subjects taught with PBL since 2002. This paper focuses on the approach Problem-based learning and its usage in teaching Logistics and International Operations. It will also present the result of a student satisfaction survey carried out amongst the Hungarian and international students studying on the dual awards programme.
