E-business model has brought along a new breaking point for the innovation of medicine distribution industry, namely, through the analysis of this industry, seven requirements for its innovation can be obtained. Under the guidance of these requirements and also the value-chain and value-net theories, the paper builds up three medicine e-business platform model, after carefully examined the unique characteristics of China's medicine distribution industry. These three models successfully solve different problems occurred in the former models and meet the seven requirements as well, will not only be conducive to winning more advantages and profits for companies but also sets an example for the future development of medicine distribution industry.
