Almost all companies are now utilizing computer networks to support a speedier and more effective in-house information-sharing and communication. However, existing systems are unable to support to enhance communications between users. Therefore, in our research, we implemented an in-house communication support system that integrates the "information propagation model" and "discussion forums." The former is proposed to realize word-of-mouth communication in a social network, while the latter is where users are allocated and discussions are carried out. By applying the system in a real company, we found our system has an effect to enhance communication in the real world and human relations.
