Based on the use of a memoryless dynamical high gain controller and choosing appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals (LKF), a design scheme of the hierarchial state feedback controller achieving global asymptotic stabilization of the large-scale nonlinear time-delay systems is proposed. The uncertain nonlinearities are assumed to be bounded by a polynomial function of the states or delayed states. The nonlinear systems considered here are more general than feedback systems (lower triangular systems), and they could be viewed as generalized feedback systems. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure
