The problem of reliable controllers design was considered for a class of uncertain interconnected large-scale nonlinear systems with constant time delays, parameter uncertainties and nonlinear disturbances. The nonlinearities were assumed to satisfy the boundedness conditions. Different from common discrete model, a more practical model of actuator failures was considered for the continuous gain model. The purpose of the paper was to design linear memoryless state feedback decentralized controllers to stabilize the systems. By solving the LMI, we get the controllers which make the systems be asymptotically stable when actuators experience failures. At last a simulation example is presented to show that the state feedback controllers are effective
