In this paper we define the decision making problem for water resource systems with external disagreement of interests as an n-person non-cooperative game. Solving this decision problem is equivalent to the Nash equilibria detection for the game. We apply the parallel evolutionary strategy HGSNash to detect these equilibrium points. The paper ends with some simple numerical results and conclusions
