Early revealing persons with border neuropsychic disorders (BNPD) in mass preventive examinations is able to influence essentially on the effectiveness of posterior psycho-prophylactic and rehabilitative measures.Among 1160 examined woman-workers of the textile factory 258 (22.2%) being ill with BNPD were revealed. Moreover the diagnosis of neurasthenia was put in 73.3%, hysterical neurosis in 15.9%, obsessive-compulsive neurosis in 8.9%, neurotic development of personality in 1.9% of cases.BNPD frequency was minimal in the age group of 16-25 years (8.2%) and maximal - 26-35 years (32.7%).According to our findings the following factors took part in forming BNPD: intensive loading, hard manual labour, nonrhythmic or monotonous labour, noise, dust, vibrating, dislike for profession, social stress factors (family conflicts, husband's alcoholism, financial difficulties, serious diseases of relatives etc.).Among revealed patients only 4 (1.6%) were registered in a psychoneurological dispensary. Before 52.3 of BNPD patients often applied to therapeutists, neuropathologists, gynaecologists, etc. With complaints of somatic character and were treated on the occasion of somatic diseases for several years. Only in 6.9% of cases a doctor of somatic profile has put the diagnosis of neurosis. Thus, among woman-workers BNPD are often revealed, they being under the mask of somatic diseases. This testifies poor orientation of doctors-internists on revealing BNPD.
