La progression du diabète chez les patientes en âge de procréer justifie de comparer le pronostic des grossesses dans le diabète de type 2 (DT2) et dans le diabète de type 1 (DT1).On a collecté les données chez 107 patientes suivies pour diabète prégestationnel au service d’endocrinologie diabétologie du CHU Hassan-II de Fès du janvier 2009 au juin 2014 dont 22 DT1 et 87 DT2.L’âge moyen chez les patientes diabétique type 1 est de 29,77 ans vs 36,45 ans chez les diabétiques type 2, l’IMC avant la grossesse est moindre chez les DT1 26,54kg/m² vs 27,14kg/m² chez les DT2 (p : 0,004), l’hémoglobine glyquée durant la période d’organogenèse est de 7,88 % chez les DT1 vs de 8,01 % chez les DT2, la dose journalière d’insuline est de 46,13 unités chez les DT1 vs 37,7 unités chez les DT2 (p : 0,195). La prise de poids au cours de la grossesse est presque la même 7,33kg chez les DT1 vs 7,84kg chez les DT2. On n’a pas trouvé de relation significative entre la survenue d’infection (p : 0,461) ou de complications obstétricales (p : 0,161) ou de souffrance néonatale (p : 0,785) et le type de diabèteNotre étude montre qu’il n’y a pas d’influence du type de diabète dur l’évolution de la grossesse et la survenue de complications matérno-fœtales.
