We obtain a positive effect in the experiment to search for two-neutrino ββ decay of 150 Nd by using the Time Projection Chamber. The half-life T12(2β2ν) = [1.88 −0.39+0.66 (stat.) ± 0.19 (syst.)] × 10 19 yr is defined from the analysis of the data accumulated with samples of 150 Nd (92% enrichment) and nat Nd (the natural isotopic abundance is 5.6%). The effect to the background ratio is equal to 41. The background from radioactive impurities in the sources is estimated experimentally in a special series of measurements.
