Using either conformal gauge or proper-time gauge, a reduced system describing homogeneous dust filled universes is quantized. Solving the Schrodinger-Wheeler-DeWitt equation, we find a discrete energy spectrum. Applying the results to the Oppenheimer-Snyder collapsing star, we show that the surface area of the corresponding black hole is an integral multiple of the Planck area.
