Using the model of tectonic block motions constructed by the Crustal Movement Monitoring Network of China, and the data of the coordinated observations of the Asian-Pacific Space Geodynamics (APSG) and the International Geodynamic Service (IGS)'s velocity fields, the deformations within the plates are analyzed and the Euler vectors of the motions of respective tectonic blocks relative to the Eurasia plate are determined. Furthermore, the absolute velocities of the blocks are obtained and analyzed, so revealing the regularities and characteristics of the motions of the Asian tectonic blocks.
