It is shown that in response to an anti-tumour compound of the alkylating type, imidazene, combined with bihelical yeast RNA, some characteristics of tumour DNA (the content of 5-methylcytosine, the temperature and the melting interval) approach those of DNA of the liver of healthy animals better than on exposure to imidazene alone.
