Dans la perspective d’organiser la formation continue de plus de 5000 paramédicaux au CHU de Lyon, un e-learning intitulé TRANSFULEARN sur le thème de la sécurité en transfusion sanguine a été créé. Sa réalisation a nécessité une quinzaine de réunions interactives entre cadres et médecin d’hémovigilance, ainsi qu’un ingénieur concepteur informatique sur une période d’un an. L’objectif de TRANSFULEARN est d’élargir l’accès à la formation « Sécurité transfusionnelle et hémovigilance », actuellement délivrée en atelier présentiel. Cela permet de contribuer à la politique de qualité et de sécurité des soins des HCL. TRANSFULEARN répond à un besoin de formation pour les infirmières (IDE), IDE spécialisées et sages-femmes, tout en offrant une certaine flexibilité d’apprentissage avec la possibilité de réaliser le parcours de formation à son propre rythme en se connectant dans son service. Après avoir revu les aspects immuno-hématologiques nécessaires à la compréhension de la transfusion sanguine, les chapitres suivants conduisent les professionnels à revoir les bonnes pratiques issues de la circulaire du 15/12/2003 relative à la réalisation de l’acte transfusionnel. L’évaluation finale est composée d’un module d’exercices dont le taux de bonnes réponses exigées est de 80 %. Si après deux tentatives cet objectif n’est pas atteint, le professionnel sera inscrit par le cadre du service à un atelier présentiel animé par le cadre d’hémovigilance. Ce premier semestre 2016, dix unités pilotes de spécialités différentes ont été sélectionnées, réparties sur tous les sites,pour réaliser et évaluer TRANSFULEARN. Le déploiement sur l’ensemble des HCL devrait démarrer à partir de septembre 2016. En conclusion, la mise en place d’un système de formation de type e-learning semble être incontournable face à une réelle difficulté à mobiliser les professionnels à la formation continue.
