Possibility to use muons tracking and timing measurements for the reconstruction of the EAS hadron longitudinal development in the knee energy region is discussed. CORSIKA simulation results are presented which indicate that provided these measurements are used as complementary and with the reasonable TTC (''Time-Track Complementarity'') selection, the accuracy of the muon production height reconstruction is sufficiently good even for sub-GeV energy muons, observed at sea level.
