Improper color management often resulted in poor images and color quality. Therefore, how to enhance the color management calibration capabilities is currently the most important issues in the printing industry. The researchers separated 40 people into two groups. 20 people in the experimental group and 20 people in the control group to conduct the experimental teaching. The experimental results showed that the performance of actual operation of color calibration by the experimental group was significantly better than the control group's. It showed that the 3D virtual color calibration software developed by this research was able to enhance the learning effectiveness. In addition, after the survey, students who have used the virtual software were highly positive on its degree of realism, controllability, independent learning space, independent learning time, learning atmosphere, etc..
