This paper continues the study of close binaries of Paper I. On the basis of the basic parameters of binary components collected from many sources or derived therefrom, we calculated their synchronous rotation velocity (V sin i) s y n or instantaneous synchronous velocity V e at periastron in case of non-circular orbits, and the synchronism parameter (F -- 1). Our statistical analysis shows that the great majority of systems are close to synchronism, while for the detached systems, (F -- 1) has a broad distribution.
