We have measured the critical current density, J c , of c-axis-oriented epitaxial YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7 - δ thin film as a function of applied field and angles. The results showed that two peaks of critical current densities were observed near θ = 0° (or 180°) and near 90°, and there was deviation from a = θ = 0° for the peak near 0° and from θ = 90° for the J c peaks near 90° with the decrease of applied field, respectively. A crossover from single vortex pinning to collective pinning was also observed. The possible mechanisms of vortex pinning were discussed.
