The possibility of applying metallic glass parts in industrial products is investigated. Ti-based glassy tubes have been applied to a Coriolis mass flowmeter, and the prototype of the flowmeter exhibits 28.5 times higher sensitivity than that of the conventional one made of SUS630. Zr 55 Al 10 Ni 5 Cu 30 glassy diaphragms are applied in pressure sensors. The prototype of pressure sensor with a Zr-based glassy diaphragm exhibits 3.8 times higher sensitivity than that of the sensor with the conventional SUS630 diaphragm. The obtained results suggest that innovative products can be produced by using of metallic glass parts, and metallic glass is promising as an industrial material with outstandingly high performance for the near future.
