Air sensitive strong electron donor tetrakis -(N - pyrolidinyl) - ethylene (TPYE) was synthesized and its structure was established from its iodine salt by elemental analysis, and spectroscopic method. Charge transfer complex of C 6 0 with TPYE was prepared. Magnetic studies conducted by SQUID magnetometer show that the magnetic behaviour of TPYE-C 6 0 could be described by supersition of paramagnetic and ferromagnetic component phases. The coercive forces are 105 Oe at 1.8K and 50 Oe at 4.5 K. The residual magnetizations are 6.4 10 - 4 emu/g at 1.8 K and 4.9 10 - 5 emu/g at 4.5 K respectively.
