Our method consists of three steps. First, we have made a list of possible candidates according to a necessary condition which we derived. Next, we predict the global circumstances of the occultation event, namely, the beginning and ending times and a fairly precise region of visibility on the surface of the earth. We have discovered the existence of a set of north-south rise-set boundaries where the shadowed source rises and sets at the same time. As far as we know, this has never been reported before. Lastly, we predict the local conditions of the occultation.
