The principal aim of this study was to analyse the validity structure and the generalized applicability of the Zuckerman–Kuhlman–Aluja Personality Questionnaire (ZKA-PQ) in different cultures* and languages**. The sample was composes by 10.638 subjects (range: 266–1726 per culture) recruited among the students, professors and personal of services of different universities. The procedure and methodology were the same in all the countries and cultures. The ZKA-PQ was translated to the native languages and back-translated to English, and the final ZKA-PQ version in each language uploaded in Internet. The researchers sent an invitation email to respond voluntarily to the ZKA-PQ. The participants received an interpretative report of their data as compensation to their collaboration in the study. We examined the psychometric properties (structure, reliability, and congruency coefficients) of the instrument. The results supported the cross-cultural invariance of the ZKA-PQ. Similarities and differences amongst the evaluated cultures were also assessed.
