La dyspraxie constructive de l'enfant comporte un retard graphique, une dissociation à l'échelle de Wechsler (au moins 15 points) au détriment du QIP. Elle est accessible à un traitement optomoteur et ergothérapique.Chez 13 patients, il y a amélioration psychométrique significative dans cinq cas, et réduction durable de la dissociation psychométrique dans quatre cas. Les images lésionnelles (IRM) ne sont pas contributives du point de vue pronostique.
