In PZT-based (Ti/Zr ~ 0.94) ferroceramics compositions the additional 'low-temperature' anomalies on the temperature dependences of the complex dielectric permittivity *ef (T) have been found under intermediate and strong ac-fields of low and infralow frequencies. The temperature hysteresis of *ef (T) has been found in the region of the 'low-temperature' maximum of *ef (T). It is supposed that two phase transitions take place for investigated compositions. The 'low-temperature' phase transition is held with changing of the concentration ratio of two polar phases. So it was analysed the influence of concentrations of some components of ferroceramics on the dielectric properties and on the situation of the morphotropic phase boundary.
