Polycrystalline NiZn ferrites with the chemical formula (Ni 0.3 Zn 0.7 ) 1−x Me x Fe 2 O 4 where Me is Cu 2+ or Be 2+ ion with x=0.05, 0.1 and 0.25 have been prepared by a ceramic method. Selected magnetic properties such as saturation magnetisation M S , Curie temperature T C , coercivity H C and permeability of the ferrites have been measured and discussed to compare of the substituted Li 0.5−0.5y+0.5t Zn y Ti t Fe 2.5−0.5y−1.5t O 4 ferrites, when y=0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and t=0.35, 0.45, 0.55. The samples have been prepared by a ceramic method and the samples Li 0.5−0.5y Zn y Fe 2.5−0.5y O 4 by a chemical way. Mössbauer spectra and crystallographic parameters of selected samples have been analysed as well.
