The aim of this work is to find the optimal doping concentration in Ca2CrRe1-xMoxO6 Double Perovskite (DP) that gives TC in the range of room temperatures by using a Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) for a possible application in domestic magnetic refrigeration devices. Curie transition has been found at 296K for 26% of Mo doping concentration and at 291K for 29% of Mo doping concentration. Large magnetic entropy change has been found with significant extension around the transition temperature TC = 296K. Large adiabatic change has been found ranging from 10.46K to 17.11K for magnetic field changes 1T and 4T, respectively. Large Relative Cooling Power (RCP) values have been found 34.80J.kg−1 for 1T field and 48.61J.kg−1 for 4T field. Our conclusion is that a Mo doping concentration between 26 and 29% could be optimal to make the DP Ca2CrRe1-xMoxO6 an excellent candidate for application in magnetic refrigeration devices at room temperature in a wide temperature range.
