The solubilities of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide were measured in pyridine, furan, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene, chloroform, dichloromethane in temperatures ranging from 277.55K to 342.45K at atmospheric pressure using a laser detecting system. The solubility data were correlated by the modified Apelblat equation and Buchowski-Ksiazczak λh equation, the λh equation was more accurate than the modified Apelblat equation. The thermodynamic properties of the solution process, including the Gibbs energy, enthalpy, and entropy were calculated by the van't Hoff analysis and the Gibbs equation.
