A 65-year-old white woman with non AIDS-Kaposi's sarcoma presented with cutaneous leucocytoclastic vasculitis, secondary to stage 1 sarcoidosis. This is the sixth reported case in the literature with cutaneous leucocytoclastic vasculitis associated with sarcoidosis. Co-existence of leucocytoclastic vasculitis and classical Kaposi's sarcoma with active sarcoidosis has not been described before. The leucocytoclastic vasculitis and sarcoidosis were treated with corticosteroids but exacerbation of cutaneous Kaposi's sarcoma lesions was observed. Causal relationships are discussed with a review of the literature.
