The spherically symmetrical properties are established for the translation coefficients Ω l m , l ' m ' for the electric multipole moment operator (EMMO) with respect to the indices m and m': the sums in the products of translation coefficients over m and m' values corresponding to the given l and l' values are independent of orientation. The spherically symmetrical properties of the translation coefficients Ω l m , l ' m ' obtained in the present paper and the translation coefficients K l m , l ' m ' for surface spherical harmonics, the rotation coefficients T λ l m , l ' m ' for overlap integrals over arbitrary atomic orbitals, the overlap integrals S n l m , n ' l m ' and the translation coefficients V N n l m , n ' l ' m ' for Slater-type orbitals given recently by the author (I.I. Guseinov, J. Mol. Struct. (Theochem), 367 (1996) 83; 343 (1995) 173) are the same. The final results are especially useful in the simplification and calculation of electrical properties of molecules.
