We report the growth of thin films of ternary metal chalcogenide Ag3SbS3. The growth involves two steps: (1) Ag3SbS3 nanoparticles were synthesized using the hydrothermal method; (2) a post-annealing process transformed the Ag3SbS3 nanoparticles into Ag3SbS3 films.
