We reported the piezostrain induced by electric field controlling magnetic anisotropy at room temperature in the Co2FeAl/Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTiO3 heterostructure. The piezostrain-driven the rotation of in-plane magnetic easy axis was obtained by the static and dynamic measurement. In addition, the butterfly-like curve of strain vs. applied electric field is consistent with that of resonance field vs. applied electric field. The behavior of piezostrain-mediated magnetic anisotropy offers possibilities for magnetization control in multiferroic devices.
