The Curie temperatures (T c ) of metastable nanophases have been investigated in partially crystallized Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 and Fe 86 Zr 7 Cu 1 B 6 nanostructured soft magnetic alloys as a function of annealing temperature and time. It is shown that for both materials a supersaturated phase is formed which transforms only at the second stage of crystallization by dissolution of the solute elements monitored by the steep increase of T c .
