Aktinidie (Actinidia Lindl.) należą do rodziny aktinidiowatych (Actinidiaceae). Znanych jest około 40 gatunków występujących w Azji. Są to pnącza wspinające się po podporach za pomocą pędów wijących się prawoskrętnie. Są roślinami dekoracyjnymi oraz dostarczającymi jadalnych owoców, zawierających znaczne ilości witaminy C. Niektóre mają również właściwości lecznicze. Przedstawiamy dwa gatunki o ozdobnych liściach.
