Podstawą tworzonych linii odlewniczych są urządzenia formierskie; agregaty i automaty. One nadają rytm pracy pozostałym urządzeniom wchodzących w skład wyposażenia linii wytwarzania odlewów. Zakres opracowania obejmuje urządzenia formierskie do wytwarzania odlewów w formach skrzynkowych. W przytoczonej klasyfikacji wyróżniono formierki jedno i wielopozycyjne. Przedstawiono charakterystyki wyróżnionych klas i grup, a ponadto opisano pracę wybranych, reprezentatywnych przedstawicieli.
The base of the formed moulding lines constitute moulding devices, aggregates and automatic mould making machines. They impart the rhythm of the work to remaining devices being the equipment of the casting production line. The scope of this study contains moulding devices for producing castings in flask moulds. Sizes of produced moulds and obtained yields differentiate them from snap flask moulds. Flask moulds of synthetic moulding sands with bentonite, are presently made by compaction realised by means of the blowing-pressing and blasting-pressing moulding machines. Flask moulding devices differ mainly by the number of moulding posts and by the distribution of teams realising individual operations of the moulds production. Single post and multiple posts moulding machines are shown in the classification. Within them teams were singled out in dependence on the work teams distribution and their cooperation. Characteristics of the singled out classes and teams were presented and - in addition - operations of the selected representatives were described.
