The present redefined segregation zones – from luxury and poverty enclaves in the center of the city to suburbs with their inhabitants protected in gated communities. Some observations about the quality of living in the city „here and now” build the starting point for the search of the most desired features of the habitable space of the future and how the usage habits influence the form of such space.
