Skrótowo przeanalizowano podstawowe metrologiczne właściwości krótko-czasowej transformaty Fouriera - (STFT -Short-Time Fourier Transform), transformaty falkowej (WT - Wavelet Transform), dystrybucji Wignera-Ville'a.
In the paper there is presented general measurement properties of DSP algorithms, applied for characterisation of non-stationary photometry signals. It is assumed, that the signals contain information about properties of materials, investigated with non-invasive methods. In the short analysis there are presented measurement characteristics of Short- Time Fourier Transform (STFT), Wavelet Transform (WT) and Wignera-Ville'a Distribution (WVD). There are also described - the developed procedure for characterisation of an object response, when object is stimulated by Dirac impulse signal, and the procedure of choosing proper DSP algorithm, according to some properties of analysed signals.
