Opracowano także oryginalne modele matematyczne silników reluktancyjnego i permasynowego przeznaczone do tworzenia modeli symulacyjnych tych silników w szczególnych stanach przewodzenia prądu.
The topic of the dissertation is mathematical and simulation models of drive units with brushless electric motors. The models are designed largely for the examining the momentary course of electric currents and electromagnetic torque depending on the method of feeding and steering the motor that has fixed construction features, and depending on the configuration of the mechanical component. The group of brushless motors includes stepping motors, brushless DC motors, switched reluctance motors and synchronous motors. In the dissertation a drive unit circuit model is assumed with lumped parameters and the values of those parameters calculated according to field, analytic or measuring methods. It is also assumed that all values of the lumped parameters of the circuit model are calculated before the dynamic simulation. If the values of the parameters are established with field methods, then the circuit model receives the sets of mean values calculated according to the distribution of static fields. The model has been called an indirectly coupled circuit-field model because the integral parameters related to the distribution of the magnetic field are calculated only once (for a given set of independent variables of currents and angular locations). These parameters can then be used many times in the form of multidimensional tables in the process of the dynamic simulation of the block of mechanical and electrical circuits. The research shows that this kind of model is now the most efficient way of simulational examination of drive units containing brushless motors. The bases for the described mathematical models are as follows: - for the electric circuit, Kirchhoffs second law together with Faraday's law complemented with a functional description of the voltage power signals, - for the mechanic circuit, Newton's second law together with d'Alembert's principle complemented with a functional description of the electromagnetic torque. As a result, full circuit equations for brushless motors and three-mass mechanical system are given. They describe a modern drive unit fed from a semiconductor system. The paper presents full circuit equations in detail for a four-phase reluctance motor and a three-phase permanent magnet motor. It describes general equations including multidimensional functions of flux linkages calculated by the field method, it then presents simplified analytic equations, in which the constant inductance and the constant permanent magnet flux are assumed. The paper describes original mathematical models of reluctance and permanent magnet motors designed for the creation of simulation models of these motors in special states of the conduction of electric current. The paper develops functional mathematical models of three-phase permanent magnet motors together with the feeding units when the phase winding has a wye or delta arrangement. There are examples of the calculations of integral parameters resulting from the analysis of the magnetic field distribution. The dissertation closes with simulation experiments of chosen drive units. The research proves the universal character and usefulness of the described models.
