Zbadano możliwości kształtowania odwadnialności masy makulaturowej OCC i właściwości otrzymanego z niej papieru przez jej frakcjonowanie w laboratoryjnym, bezsitowym, przepływowym, spiralnym frakcjonatorze, zmieniając stężenie masy i obroty koła frakcjonatora. Potwierdza to słuszność naszej koncepcji tzw. zarządzania/gospodarowania frakcją drobną, przez kontrolowanie, oddzielanie odpowiedniej części frakcji drobnej i jej przemieszczanie, zamiast frakcjonowania całej masy.
Possibilities for controlling of OCC pulp drainability and paper properties by its fractionation in a laboratory helical tube plug f low fractionator, changing pulp consistency and disk rotation, were tested. Its potential was considerable, higher than of commercial fractionators, but still fines content was found to be the main effect and factor influencing pulp drainability and paper properties. It confirms reasonableness of our concept of so-called fines management by controlling, removing and transferring adequate part of fines instead of whole pulp fractionation.
