Hardware costs and computing time of the practical realization of the rule and relational fuzzy inference systems can be decreased using decomposition technique based on projection. It allows show system as a hierarchical architecture. The inference result of the system is more fuzzy than of the classical system. This disadventage can be eliminated through initial partitioning knowledge base of the inference system, and then used primary decomposition method. The known partitioning algorithms do not permit to get the optimal results for a wide class of the fuzzy systems. In the paper is presented a sIRD algorithm based on inconsistency rule distribution amount. It allows get nearly optimal partitioning results. It is implemented in hardware fuzzy inference system based on an FPGA chip.
