The analysis of the abrasive wear testing methods used in the fuel supply system parts testing facility is presented in this paper. The analysis includes methodological and formal assumptions as well as the testing procedure details. The abrasive wear resistance of fuel system elements is tested for several fuels and several temperature conditions. There is also a possibility to model static friction conditions.
