W badaniach zastosowano m.in. dwa reometry do badania właściwości reologicznych mieszanek betonowych – Reometr BT2 oraz Viskomat XL.
In the paper the results of research into self-compacting mixtures with addition of High-Calcium Fly Ash (HCFA) or based on cements modified by HCFA are shown. Three research sections were analysed taking into consideration two different HCFA deliveries, fineness of their grind, type of aggregate and type of HCFA modified cement. The results of tests of slump flow SF and viscosity class T500 of mixtures in question, as well as the results of rheological tests are presented. In the research the issue of changing the amount of HCFA in cement (substituting 10-20-30% of cement mass) was investigated. Moreover, the influence of time on rheological properties of SCC was taken into account, and the results of tests conducted in the 5th and 60th minute after mixture preparation are presented. The research is part of a wider research programme “Innovative cementitious materials and concretes made with high-calcium fly ash”, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
