Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest opis badań eksperymentalnych, poświęconych określeniu wpływu błędu montażowego zbrojenia głównego (niekontrolowane zwiększenie otuliny) oraz próba przeciwdziałania jego negatywnym skutkom. Cztery naturalnej wielkości modele badawcze wykonano jako symulujące wewnętrzne połączenie płyta-słup. Dwie płyty wykorzystano jako modele porównawcze - jeden z nominalną otuliną 20 mm, drugi z otuliną zwiększoną do 50 mm. Pozostałe elementy wzmocniono zewnętrznie mocowanymi płaskownikami stalowymi, których zadaniem było zwiększenie stopnia zbrojenia głównego. Pierwszy z nich (WPSK-8') wzmocniono przed przyłożeniem obciążenia, natomiast drugi (WPSK-8"), pod działającym obciążeniem. Ocenę skuteczności zastosowanego sposobu wzmocnienia dokonano na podstawie pomiarów przemieszczeń, odkształcenia zbrojenia prętowego i zewnętrznego oraz obserwacji rozwoju zarysowania na rozciąganej powierzchni płyty. Zaprezentowaną metodę wzmacniania uznano za skuteczną.
The paper presents research devoted to determining the effect of main steel reinforcement dislocation (an uncontrolled increase of concrete cover) and an attempt to counteract its negative effects. Four natural scale specimens made from the same batch of concrete were analyzed. Each specimen was designed to simulate an inner slab-column connection. Two slabs were used as reference models - one with nominal concrete cover of 20 mm and the other with an increased concrete cover to 50 mm. The other specimens were strengthened with externally bonded flat iron bars in order to increase the longitudinal reinforcement ratio over the support. The slab WPSK-8' was strengthened before the application of a vertical force to the column, while specimen WPSK-8" was strengthened under the load. An evaluation of the efficiency of the presented solution was carried out on the basis of the measurement performed during testing. The introduced strengthening method was recognized as efficient while counteracting the negative effect of reinforcement dislocation, simultaneously providing a significant increase of punching resistance.
