Numerical model of transient heat exchange in heated buildings is presented in the paper. It contains the processes occurring in single- and multilayer partitions, additional internal and external, heating installations in buildings and internal control systems in rooms. Due to large thermal inertia of buildings, processes occurring there are characteristic by their large inertia. When examining the entire building variations can be determined in time intervals expressed in hours, while analysing interaction of control systems, time intervals should be expressed in seconds. The developed model allows the computations to be made using variable time step, the length of which depends on the state of the system. If the process is transient, the computations are carried out at one second steps. As the steady stale is approached, the step of numerical computations is increased, which is reducing in great measure the time of investigations. The evolved model is aimed mainly at analysing transient heat processes in heated buildings, fitted with thermal installations automatically controlled. It can also be applied to investigate ventilation and air conditioning processes.
Opracowano numeryczny model nieustalonej wymiany ciepła w ogrzewanym budynku. Obejmuje on procesy zachodzące w przegrodach jedno i wielowarstwowych, dodatkowe zakłócenia wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne, instalacje cieplne w budynkach oraz układy regulacji wewnętrznej w pomieszczeniach.
