W artykule przedstawiono znane metody wyznaczania sił i momentów występujących przy wierceniu na podstawie wzorów empirycznych. Omówiono wstępne badania mające na celu uzyskanie zależności matematycznych pomiędzy siłą posuwową i momentem skrawania a wybranymi cechami geometrycznymi klasycznego wiertła krętego.
Known methods for determining drilling thrust and torque based on empirical equations are presented in this paper. The paper presents preliminary research to receive mathematical dependences between thrust, torque and some general purpose twist drills geometrical futures. Conclusions: 1. There is a possibility of selection such coeffictions and form of predictive equatoins for which dependence between drilling thrust and torque and clearence angle and rake angle is linear or nonlinear. 2. The increase in clearence angle value causes increase in drilling thrust. 3. The increase in rake angle value causes decrease in drilling thrust. 4. The increase in clearence angle value causes increase in torque of drilling. 5. The increase in rake angle value causes decrease in drilling torque. 6. Proposed predictive method of drill burden can be utilized for thrust and torque prediction, because the research has shown that its extreme error is about 30% [10] (except verification of torque prediction based on formulas presented in [9]).
