The resonance is an oscillatory phenomena which occurs at certain stepping speeds and disturbs the normal operation of the stepping motor. In order to avoid the resonance during the control of the motor it is necessary to know natural frequency of the system. This frequency is not a constant one and this paper is trying to describe factors that it depends on.
