Artykuł jest sprawozdaniem z kolejnej edycji Międzynarodowych Targów ITM, które odbyły się w Poznaniu w dniach 14-17 czerwca 2011 roku. Tegoroczne Targi obchodziły 90-lecie działalności wystawienniczej, w którym to okresie stały się one, największą imprezą wystawienniczą w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Tradycyjnie, jak co roku ekspozycja podzielona była na osiem salonów tematycznych: Mach-Tool - Salon Obrabiarek i Narzędzi, Hale - Salon Hydrauliki, Pneumatyki i Napędów, Metalforum - Salon Metalurgii, Hutnictwa, Odlewnictwa i Przemysłu Metalowego, Surfem - Salon technologii Obróbki Powierzchni, Welding - Salon Spawalnictwa, a także Nauka dla Gospodarki oraz Bezpieczeństwo Pracy w Przemyśle. Ważnym wydarzeniem towarzyszącym Targom był IX Forum Inżynierskie, które odbyło się pod hasłem: "Inżynieria symultaniczna sposobem na transfer innowacyjnych technologii".
The paper is a report from the consecutive edition of the International ITM Fairs, which took place in Poznań, June 14-17, 2011. This year Fairs celebrated the 90 years anniversary of exhibition organisations. During this period they became the largest exhibition event in the Central-East Europe. Traditionally, as every year, the exposition was divided into eight topics: Mach-Tool - show-room of Machine Tools, Hale - show-room of Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Drives, Metalforum - show-room of Metallurgy, Foundry Engineering and Metal Industry, Surfem - show-room of Surface Treatments, Welding - show-room of Welding Technology, and also: Science for the Economy and Industrial Safety. An important event accompanying the Fairs was the IXth Forum of Engineers which were held under the motto: Simultaneous engineering - the way of the innovative technologies transfer.
