W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań zużycia korozyjno-mechanicznego stali AISI 430, AISI 321 i AISI 420 w roztworze 0,5M H2SO4. Eksperymenty wykonano z wykorzystaniem specjalistycznego stanowiska zaprojektowanego i wykonanego w Instytucie Maszyn Roboczych i Pojazdów Samochodowych Politechniki Poznańskiej.
The paper presents the tests results of corrosive and mechanical wear of steel AISI 430, AISI 321 and AISI 420 in solution of 0.5M H2SO4. The experiments were performed with the use of a technical stand with a model pair type pin-on-disc. The stand was designed and executed in the Institute of Machines and Motor Vehicles of Poznań University of Technology. The model system consists of a hard and non-deformable pin, which slides in reciprocating motion on the sample surface, which is made of steel susceptible to passivation. The collaboration of both elements of the sliding pair takes place in an electrolytic environment. The results of the test were used for the identification of the elementary mechanisms of wear. The paper presents partial tests results. The test results were also used for the verification of the applied test method and before the evaluated computational model.
