Wzrost gospodarczy i związane z nim zwiększone zapotrzebowanie na dobra konsumpcyjne stymuluje rozwój różnych technik i technologii przemysłowych. Zaliczyć do nich należy sterowane przewierty horyzontalne (HDD), które umożliwiają budowę podziemnych instalacji rurowych bez konieczności rozkopywania obszaru przewidywanej inwestycji. Sterowany przewiert horyzontalny, jako stosunkowo nowa technologia budownictwa podziemnego, nie posiada jeszcze w pełni opracowanych procedur optymalizacyjnych, umożliwiających racjonalizację wykonywanych prac. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki prac prowadzonych w Zakładzie Wiertnictwa i Geoinżynierii WWNiG AGH, zmierzających do opracowania komputerowego narzędzia wspomagającego decyzje techniczno-technologiczne, podejmowane przy projektowaniu i wykonywaniu horyzontalnych przewiertów sterowanych.
Economic growth and the related need for goods stimulates the development of various industrial techniques and technologies, among them horizontal directional drilling. This technology enables making underground pipe utilities without digging out the area for the planned investment. Horizontal directional drilling is a relatively new technology, therefore its optimization procedures have not been fully developed yet. The paper gives the results of works carried out at the Department of Drilling and Geoengineering, Faculty of Drilling, Oil and Gas, AGH - University of Science and Technology, used for elaborating a computer software aiding technical-technological decisions at the stage of designing and performing directional drill wells. The software HDD Designer was construed to aid at the complex stage of design and technological performance of horizontal directional drill bores. This software employs both known models of mathematical-physical effects taking place in a drill bore and original computation methods worked out by the Authors of this paper. As a result, a user-friendly decision system with a graphical interface has been created on the basis of ready-made and own software.
