W artykule przedstawiono metodę diagnozowania konstrukcji maszyn i urządzeń zwaną w technice metodą ODS (Operating Deflection Shapes). Metoda ta stanowi podstawę do pełnej analizy modalnej konstrukcji. Wszystkie badania przeprowadzono w stanach ustalonych, zgodnie z możliwościami metody.
The paper presented the method of the troubleshooting of the machines and devices called in the technics ODS method (Operating Deflection Shapes). This method determines the base to the full modal analysis of the construction. On the paper, for illustrating of the usefulness of the ODS method, a small 3-phase power transformer was used as the object of visualization. The author concentrated first of all on deformations called out with magnetostriction forces. The reticular model of the examined transformer was specially built. The model keeps proportions of dimensions of the transformer. Nodes of the model represents points of the measurement of twitches on the entity object (Figs 1-2). The accepted method demands that in every node measurement should be executed in three mutually perpendicular axes. Used method permits "to sort" most representative oscillation frequencies of the given measuring point and to qualify these frequencies which are common for all nodes. At the analysis of obtained results the specially prepared computer programme was used. The author examined the influence of the group connections and the vector group of the transformer on the character of deformations. The influence of the load asymmetry was tested, too. The final results of the experiment are presented as animated images (Figs 3-7). The pictures show the points where the strains are extremely high. All researches were made in the steady states.
