W algorytmach filtracji, stosowanych do pozycjonowania systemów transportowych, występują zależności nieliniowe zarówno w równaniu stanu jak i w równaniu pomiarowym. Historycznie, w takich sytuacjach linearyzowano równania dynamiki obiektu i/lub równania obserwacji stosując rozszerzony filtr Kalmana EKF (Extended Kalman Filter). Alternatywnym rozwiązaniem dla rozszerzonego filtra Kalmana jest bezśladowy filtr Kalmana UKF (Unscented Kalman Filter). Filtr ten operuje na parametrach statystycznych tych modeli poddanych nieliniowym przekształceniom. Inną strategią rozwiązania problemu filtracji nieliniowej jest filtracja cząsteczkowa PF (Particie Filtration) wykorzystująca sekwencyjne próbkowanie istotności – odwzorowanie dużej liczby punktów (cząsteczek) i związanych z nimi wag z gęstości prawdopodobieństwa. W artykule opisane zostały algorytmy filtracji nieliniowej (rozszerzona Kalmana, bezśladowa Kalmana, cząstkowa) stosowane powszechnie do estymacji położenia. W artykule porównano dokładność filtracji cząsteczkowej. W szczególności zaprezentowano efektywność filtracji nieliniowej stanu obiektów dynamicznych dla dwóch postaci równań pomiarowych. Ocena jakości procesu filtracji została przeprowadzona w środowisku Matlab.
The filtering algorithms used for the positioning of transport systems, are based on nonlinear equation of state as well as the measurement equation. Historically, in these cases, the object dynamics equations and/or observation equations were linearized using the Extended Kalman Filter EKF. The alternative to the Extended Kalman Filter is Unscented Kalman Filter UKF. This filter operates on the statistical parameters of these models subjected to nonlinear transformations. Another strategy to solve the problem of nonlinear filter is the particle filtration PF, that uses a sequential sampling of significance – mapping a large number of points (particles) and the weights associated with the probability density. In this paper several types of nonlinear filtrations (Extended Kalman Filtering, Unscented Kalman Filtering, Particle Filtering,) widely used to position estimation and their algorithms are described. The article compares the accuracy of Particle Filtration. In particular, the efficiency of nonlinear filtration of dynamic objects states for two forms of measurement equations is presented. Evaluation of quality of the filtration process was carried out in Matlab.
