Praca przedstawia część II opisu i wyników doświadczalnych badań odkształceń, przemieszczeń, tarcia i tłumienia, występujących w fundamentowych złączach śrubowych ciężkich maszyn i urządzeń, posadowionych w sposób sztywny na fundamentach. W tej części pracy przedstawiono opis i wyniki badań doświadczalnych, wykonanych dla fundamentowego złącza śrubowego z podkładką odlaną z tworzywa polimerowego (EPY). Następnie przeprowadzono analizę porównawczą wyników pomiarów, uzyskanych dla obydwóch badanych złączy śrubowych i wykazano, dlaczego podkładki fundamentowe odlewane z tworzywa spełniają swoje zadania techniczne lepiej niż podkładki stalowe. W zakończeniu sformułowano wnioski o istotnym znaczeniu dla modelowania fundamentowych złączy śrubowych i praktyki inżynierskiej.
This paper presents Part II of the description and results of the experimental studies of deformations, displacements, friction and structural damping occurring in the foundation bolted joints of machinery seated in a rigid manner on the foundations. In Part I, it has been shown that the term "rigid mounting", used in relation to the machinery seated on the foundations makes sense purely conventional, and is a big simplification. Experimental studies, made in Part I for the bolted joint with a steel chock (traditionally used for this purpose) showed that there are some complex physical phenomena, which have a significant impact not only on the behavior of these joints, but also on the dynamics, reliability and durability of the entire mechanical system in which they appear. In Part II of this paper is a description and the results of similar experiments, carried out for the foundation bolted joint with a modern chock - cast from a resin compound (EPY). Then, a comparative analysis was carried out of the measurement results obtained for both bolted joints examined and demonstrated why the foundation chocks cast of resin better fulfill their technical tasks than the steel chocks conventionally used for this purpose. At the end conclusions were formulated, which are essential for modeling of the foundation bolted joints and engineering practice.
